Please ensure your fireplace is cold and has not been used for 24 hours before your appointment.

Bird and wasp nests will be charged a minimum £20 on top of your sweep fee if found depending on the time taken to clear. If larger nests are found at your property than expected, we may have to come back on another day if we have other bookings which may be affected.

Jonathan sweeps between 8am and 8pm but please do be considerate of your neighbours when booking, particularly if you are in a semi-detached or terraced property.

If parking is difficult in your area, please let us know ahead of time e.g. resident parking or restricted parking as Jonathan will have his van.

If you need to cancel your appointment, please ensure you give us 24 hours notice or you will be charged 50% of the cost.
